Our Balikbayan Boxes is ship via sea. It will normally take 30-45 days to deliver right to your doorstep.

If you have shipments coming from different suppliers like Alibaba, Taobao, or other china suppliers, please inform us so we can consolidate for you. We can collect your items within two weeks, or fill up one large box, whichever comes first. Consolidation Services are free but we will only received the items on your behalf, for quality checking and testing, additional arrangement and charges will be made.

Balikbayan box is for shipping personal (non-commercial) goods only and is not taxable with some exceptions. Philippine customs may impose customs duty if they inspect your box and feel that your items are intended for resale. Electronic items and appliances may be taxable. The recipient is responsible for paying customs duties.

The following items are not allowed to be included inside the Balikbayan Box:

  1. Currencies, checks, money orders and traveler’s checks
  2. Jewelries
  3. Firearms, ammunitions and explosives
  4. Prohibited drugs and other substances
  5. Pornographic materials, gambling cards and toy guns
  6. Pirated products i.e. dvd, cd, tapes, etc.
  7. Items of commercial quantity

*We will charge based on weight if the maximum weight allowed per box has been exceeded.

All our balikbayan box are insured giving you peace of mind for your items which beyond our control has been lost due to accident, theft etc. Our small box are insured up to use $20.00, Medium Box $30.00, Large Box $40.00. Customers should show proof of items that has been lost and case will be evaluated.


PACKING LIST INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Do not over pack your cargo. Please wrap all liquid items in separate plastic bags. Orange Box Express assumes no liability for perishable or leakage of any liquid regardless of package orientation. 2. Protect al breakable items. Orange Box Express is not liable for any damages incurred during transport. All packages must be prepared and packed by the Shipper for safe transportation. 3. Orange Box Express will not accept and carry any of the following items · Currency/money orders/travelers checques · firearms and ammunitions/explosives · precious stones and metals · dangerous and illegal drugs · toy guns · perishable goods · flammable and combustible materials · gambling paraphernalia · importance of legal documents 4. Orange box Express has the right, but not obligated to open or inspect any shipments made by the shipper. 5. Orange Box Express is not liable for boxes/parcels that are lost, damaged, mis-delivered or delayed to circumstances beyond Orange Box Express control. These include Earthquakes, whirlwinds, cyclones, Storms, Floods, Volcanic Eruptions, War, Civil Strikes and any other force Majeure events.
